They probably did have a USD hedge in place, and if so then there's no extra 30mil USD. True.
The increased earnings will come from non USD revenue i.e. revenues from Europe, Africa, Asia pacific or Australasia. The earnings is reported in USD. So a weak USD compares to AUD, EUR, RMB, and African rand (??) will reflect higher earnings. Weak USD was a big contributing factor in the 2008 earnings.
