I believe sovereignty is one of the keys, Australia has lost it
We owe so much money, all our big business is foreign owned which mostly does not pay taxes, we have imported people in excessively large numbers from other cultures that the quintessential Australian no longer exists, we have closed all out manufacturing.
So Australia is a shell with no structure or heart, so why would our dollar have much value
