However, please correct me if Im wrong- but it looks like 50 000 000 options have been issued at $1.80 in a few years?
I think its very likely the stock will be at 1.80 (actually much higher in a few years) and the exercise of these options would lead to significant dilution. I am wondering if recent selling was insiders, taking profits now- knowing their options will be worth a fortune soon . That would suck
TFC is my biggest holding by far- entered at around 80c and have bought all the way up as well. Will continue to buy.
