My thoughts are that it could be left on hold. They need new levers and the government should step up to the plate to stimulate industry through infrastructure and innovation funding. I could short with a tight stop but couldn't be bothered, too much of a gamble. Much prefer to wait till after announcement and see the chart settle before I go short.
