The Soros foundation has long coveted the Australian Dollar for a shot. The signs are already there that there has been some unusual buying of the AUD over the past 6 months.

Inspite in a drop in the GDP and in productivity the AUD continues to maintain more than parity with the US dollar. Thats because in much the same way Long Term Capital began buying the UAD over 2 decades back then selling it Soros has been strategically positioning itself to tear at the AUD. And that will come within the next 3 months.
