it discloses an indicative IPO pricing range of $14 - 16 per share and specifies that 3.25 million shares are to be offered under the IPO.

You would recall that there are 7.592 million audeo shares already on issue, and owned by ACL . . . .. earmarked for distribution to ACL shareholders.


At the mid-pint of the indicative pricing range, ACL's interest in Audeo is therefore being valued a tick below $114 million.
