It is enough. Most people (even those enrolled at the end) will be beyond Progression-free survival. If they are not, that is a statisical occurance too. Most will be in the HA-Irinotecan arm (probably). But also the investigators can run this as long as required for (pretty much) inconclusive evidence.

Have no worry here. If HA-Irinotecan works we will know well enough.
