This was filed on the 8th of November with the SEC, which was a Friday in the US- although if it came out overnight, then Monday( Tuesday Aus time) could count as the first trading day. Either way it looks like the record date will be towards the end of next week...

Surely this will boost the price up next week. AS it seems most Australian analysts have only attributed around 50 million of ACL's value towards Oncology, yet after the IPO the MC of Audeo could be closer to 150 million...
