audeo valuation

Trying to work out what Audeo may look like, assuming successful IPO/listing.

Trying to wade thru the scheme booklet - are they suggesting as follows:

. Audeo shares on issue pre-new money: 10 .4 million

. Price/share for new money: circa $12

. Up to $60 million new money raised @ $12/share

. If (yes; today still an "if") they get away at this share price = abt 32 cents for each current ACL share.

???????

At last week's non-meeting, they seemed positive abt getting Audeo away at good price; provided no significant delays on Aussie side.

On my reckoning, ACL going forward after demerger & with just fonda, should be worth abt 65-70 cents this FY, and abt 90 cents-$1 next FY

Am I getting things wrong?
