I agree, not good form AD to keep pushing the story a bit too far. It's sounding promising enough as it is without need to walk too far out on the plank to gain attention.
Oh and yes sorry my mistake, it was indeed iron, not phosphate, that was touted as being effective at stimulating algae growth in oceans. Too much coffee ;-)
