    Melua - why would they vote this down? In the abscence of another offer it appears to me the vote is yes or administration.The directors will not risk any more exposure IMHO. After Holdco debt and default interest there is nothing in the AETD worth voting no for in BEPPA.

    I am voting yes with my block of BEPPA.
