I think you need to provide a reasonable basis for some of what you say for people to take what you say seriously. E.g. what's your basis for them needing/wanting to raise $60m?

Worth noting AKP could go up 20-30x too so I'm not sure what your point is? Wouldn't they be considered less risky than other specs as they're closer to revenue?
