Btw Fred and his family, say 40% of the company, @ $15bio, I'd say the family Bart would have say 6 billion reasons to take the offer, which they can bank as opposed to waiting maybe over a year and the risk that the Chinese copy the technology. Given the state of world trade, I don't like Fred's chances of suing a Chinese company in the PRC courts...
