    I wanted to make sure everyone who comes to look at this forum understands that the only reason that this firm remained solvent at half year was because the debt holders agreed to reclassify liabilites. The EY audit report (while not qualified) identified a material uncertainty of Integrated Legal Holdings continuing as a going concern.

    That is a damning audit report.
