It's indeed an interesting development but too early to say whether Fairstar itself sold the shares as part of a deal either with hunan valin for a iron ore offtake agreement or another possibility is with Cliff's for access to their port facilities either one would be interested in increasing their stake in GWR.

Otherwise as suggested Walthamston who had security over the 13.5 million shares may have had a firesale on these to one of the above as well. I don't think these are the same financiers who sold some earlier but could be wrong.

In any event should be a notification of change in substantial shareholders for GWR soon. I'm hoping it's part of a plan to get SHIP off the ground.
