Uncertainty Regarding Continuation as a Going Concern
Without qualifying our opinion, we draw attention to the following matter. As a result of the matters
disclosed in Note 2 (e) Going Concern Basis, there is significant uncertainty whether the Company
will be able to continue as a going concern, and therefore whether it will be able to realise its assets
and extinguish its liabilities in the normal course of business at the amounts stated in the financial
report. The financial report does not include any adjustments relating to the recoverability or
classification of recorded amounts, or to the amounts or classification of liabilities that might be
necessary should the Company not be able to continue as a going concern.
