They HAD to print the Auditors report - good or bad.

This is not bad, it's shocking!
CVI at the EGM said they would make available all the paperwork necessary for the audit, but when we spoke to Kevin Somes, the auditor, he had realised it wasn't going to be a straightforward audit..........(I think he was pretty gobsmacked at the EGM!)

I'm extremely happy that he has done this report.

This will also make it extremely difficult to raise capital in the future - but I believe things now MUST and hopefully WILL change.

It might get worse before it gets better - who knows, but at least the dodgy brothers methods will no longer pass muster.

At the end of the day - we just want an honest company where we can see sustainable growth. I believe we'll get there eventually - without Smyth.
