"Inherent uncertainty regarding continuation as a going concern

Without qualification to the opinion expressed above, attention is drawn to the following matter.

As described in Note 1(u) by the directors, there is significant uncertainty whether the entity will be able to continue as a going concern and therefore whether it will realise its assets and extinguish its liabilities in the normal course of business and at the amounts stated in the financial report.

The directors believe that it is appropriate to prepare the financial report on a going concern basis given current marketing and operational plans and prospects of raising additional funds if required.
