OH turn it up you loons... these are boiler-plate qualifications determined by Accounting Standards for Auditors. These are June 30 results & management has consistly demonstrated an ability to raise capital as needed even since that date - as a long-term investor I might be p!$$ed off by the ad-hoc way they go about it but they can still deliver. Go find another sand-pit to play in!
