auditors unable to sign off

with this Hawkswood debt due yesterday i am pretty auditors would not be able to sign off on the FY accounts with relation to its ability to repay the debt and its affect on ADY being a going concern.

I am sure this would have been a major sticking point for ADY and one i have tried to make holders aware of and todays suspension was as i stated in relation to failure to meet ASX listing rules.

There is another matter of disclosure rules regarding this debt as well.

And what will be Hawkswood reactions to ADY being unable to repay the debt??
