I would have thought that the accounts relate to the period ending June 2008.
As at that date the Hawkswood issue had not arisen. The company would have demonstrated that it had sufficient iron ore to be shipped and income to cover short term debt.
The accounts and supporting text would have been completed many weeks ago. Auditors are usually not that slack.
Stop and think..... this may be a ploy to get a greater focus as ADY makes a series of positive announcements.
We will know very soon.
