Masterfull, 3 months ago Blackrock sold down NST by 2% (14m shares sold) in aftermarket auction at $1.26 when NST was trading some 8c higher.
So two things: either/or: 1. Blackrock are still selling though not as heavily, 2. Someone(s) that boght at that price and watched it go down to below a $1 is trying to get out even. IE. When the $1.26 support was broken it became resistance.
