    Non holders will allways say its a ramp....Most of the time they downramp for their own accumulation needs....!

    Anyway....IMO it is way undervalued...thats all I have to say and you don't need to be a rocket scientist to work that one out.

    BLY is mearly doing catch up with the recent market rise....
