Few comparison notes i put together regarding MQR and BMG ( I hold a position in MQR )
Both have acquisitions in the lithium triangle and both of the cusp of a drill campaign.
BMGBMG @ 1.4 cents ( will need to raise another $2 Mil worth of funds for exploration capital in time causing significant dilution for get there 50 percent earn in, this maybe done by getting the options converted? )
Shares on Issue : 550 Million
Market Cap = $8 Mil
Cash = $1.5 Mil
EV = $6.5 Mil On the upside i do see a positive here in that, they are reissuing the expired June BMGOA options this week to expire 31st Dec 2019. Management would have only done this if they thought they were going to get them in the money and get them converted for funds. So there is def upside in that respect.
MQRAfter Capital Raising and acquisition approval by share holders this Wednesday
Owning 30 percent of the project in a JV with LPI ( who have recently signed an MOU to with Codelco to develop there Maricunga project ) should bode well for MQR's presence in the lithium triangle.
MQR @ 10 cents
Shares on Issue : 53 Million ( Very tightly held )
Market Cap = $5.3 Mil
Cash = $1.7 Mil
EV = $3.6 MilDrilling to commence soon, certainly makes MQR the value play for a lithium brine stock in the Salar
