Posco Chem Cathode Division + Lithium Hydroxide plants + Battery Recycle Division
These all three Division are building in one site at Gwangyang.
I assume JV has been done. "Total $1bn Hydroxide project. 30% of Equity.
I'm wondering how PLS is going to compose their financial structure of $300m equity.
