I don't have the inside running boys... what I do know SI's only; up to $5M-$11M. It was due to close at 4pm today but broker told me it's been closed early; that could be hype to get cash in the door faster. I know it's shocking to think brokers would do such a thing but it's been known to happen. I was already committed so I don't think it was a case of hustling me for cash.
Placement of shares tomorrow; out of trading halt friday; settlement next week; new shares allotted end of next week. so no mucking around. They'll have millions in the bank August 1 so get ready for the drills to start.
Don't know how or why they'd need $11m now but if they've closed it early they've got as much as they want.
