If BAF now have to pay increased audit costs then are they even reporting audited NTA to the private investors? Who knows what fees new owners of BLA assets are taking from private funds whilst they appear to have gotten the management businesses for way below the NTA in the BLA reports. Still no reports from the administrator so I am assuming the receivers are still in charge. If receivers are still in charge they must be claiming the Oaktree fund still hasn't gotten its amounts yet. Also note that it was never announced that the full accelerated payment has been called.
