    The Next 3 Months will be pivotal in the company's History.

    K9 Phase II to be completed and Commercial Outcome has been forecast , since the Elanco incident when the Fortune 500 did not complete their licensing agreement for the K9 Cancer Treatment the company has been in perpetual Trialing in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Texas and New Zealand. Millions have been invested to date so a Significant Commercial Outcome will be welcomed by Share Holders.

    Tablets have well and truly been Manufactured with the 3rd GMP batch in 3 years now completing 2 years of stability testing at Epichem.

    The New Human Tablets a have been GMP manufactured which is hugely significant as these are commercial scale manufacturing runs.
    PAA have gained experience and data surrounding turn around time, cost of manufacturing and understand the logistics of transportation and delivery to Trial Clinics.

    The Tablets are small and sucrose coated enabling ease of swallowing, this is critical especially with the current MND Trial as swallowing becomes difficult with the disease.

    Recent Positive results 2 from 3 sets of MND Biomarkers have been analysed and show critical Protein reduction associated with MND and other Neurological disorders ALS, Parkinsons , Dementia.

    The final and 3rd MND Biomarkers are only now weeks away (Delays due to equipment failure at the Tasmanian Diagnostic Laboratory)

    The Company has began a search for a New Australian based CEO 4 months ago and have contracted the search now to an external company.

    The Company has $15,000,000 worth of Reward and Recognition Options ready with a strike price of 21 cents due in October 2023. These were offered to SH in October 2021 PAA Management will obviously want these struck , 1, to show their true gratitude to Invested SH and 2nd to bring in $15,000,000 with no raise fees required.

    This $15m will also be amplified with German and Singapore Investors as well as Sophs and PAA Management purchasing Options that can be struck @15cents on the way to the 21 cent options in October.

    Originally the strike price seemed well within reach being less than 1 cent per month increase required , subsequently the CR at 8cents has hindered any climb,, now with the SP locked in at 8.1c.

    The recent Positive MND data that lifted the SP up to 11.5c before the CR, was preliminary but now confirmation data has yet to be seen to be converted into SH Value.

    The increase required now is 6.5cents per month

    With MND Biomarker Confirmation only weeks away , the stimulus of positive news should see increased demand for PAA shares.

    The weight of placing the Options now within the strike price of 21cents falls on Managements shoulders alone.
    Many have emailed the company /Management and requested increased efforts in the authoring of Announcements and to utilise Hot Copper Corporate Services to assist in placing PAA's offering and News directly in front of ASX Investors..
    PAA Management to date have chosen not to utilise this critical tool so must have a parallel strategy ready for implementation to gain the necessary Investor Awareness to place the oppies above the strike price?

    Catalysts to date regrettably have been delivered clouded in ambiguously poorly worded ASX Announcements and the consequence of that is a static SP locked in around 8 cents..

    Many Biotechs Herald their achievements coupled with Interviews and promotional media, (video presentations) regrettably this is not part of the current chosen strategy by PAA Management and the BOD.

    The $15m is critical to providing PAA with more than enough cash to fulfill the trial runway ahead.

    Covid Trialing has been muted since 2020 when MPL was shown reduced the Viral load from 35,000 ppm to 469 ppm in 72 hours.

    This was confirmed twice by WEHI and then Biolabs 360 and after an exhaustive 9 months trialing at the Leiden Institute.
    Humanised Mouse Trials were touted in several announcements but to date funding was an issue but now the company has $2.7m in cash and a $320k loan facility.. plus the Optimal safe tolerated dose has been identified and with trial centres based in Australia a Human Covid Trial could be achieved prior to the Options exercise date..

    PAA Management now have to demonstrate their abilities to show a return to SH, after all we are Investors,,, not Donors and I for one want to be recognised and rewarded as a SH that has funded the past 4 years of MPL Development ,,,, (some have been here for 9 years)

    Laser focus now on Managements ability to not only "Tell the Story" because that's not going to cut it , the results show what telling a Story has achieved to date,,,, 8.1 cents and a Market Cap of $28m

    Now it's Time For The PAA Board to "Sell the Story" and they have 90 days to show us their abilities..... NZT

    The Data is Positive ,it has been for 3 years of Trialing
    The Tablets are Manufactured and Human Trials
    MND Biomarkers 2/3 have confirmed MPL's ability to deliver Stasis in several Patients..
    K9 Cancer has been positive , especially delivering life extension and Quality of Life with Lymphoma.

    IMHO there is significant gains to be made here at PAA,,, Many are utilising and gauging the Recognition and Reward Options as a Benchmark for managements abilities... PAA Management must throw off the cloak of a Research Institute and show Business Skills Now..
