before the plant is completed? As in end of next year??? Or do you mean before plant design/engineering/plans are fully complete? I don't see why offtakes can't come through in the next few months as they are due to finalise all the plant D&C so should have a good view of planned throughput etc.
we could at least get an MOU with a commitment to agree terms etc subject to futher finalisation of D&C plans and when they have a clearer view of the financials. such as they have done with bauxite
