i have assumed that they want the final assays, the exploration resource target to input into their development plan. i am sure that i remember Alistair saying in one of his recent interviews that there would be a project development report including scgphedule, costs and economics not far behind the JORC estimate although i had wondered how they would do that without describing the REE offtake pathway. Also need to confirm full funding for phase 1. Cant see it getting a rerate until some cash flow projections are out there. Agree that this looks like it is being traded down - no fundamental reason to sell - so suck up the pain.
