I agree entirely with your post content. I am in a similar situation and do not plan to exit.
I refer you to my earlier posts where I suggested that Alistair needs a marketing assistant as he is too busy with plant and mine development. I shared my thoughts with the company.
Maybe the two new directors will spend time in marketing the company to fund managers and institutions. Cannot happen in a day. Will take time.
