PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY
A.G.D. Mining Limited (AGZ, formerly L-Tel Corporation Limited) is involved in
mineral exploration and development. AGZ is primarily involved in gold and
antimony exploration and development in Central Victoria.
AUGUSTA GOLD PROJECT (50%): The Augusta project is located in near Costerfield
central Victoria. Probable Reserves and Inferred Resources as at May 2004 were
117,000t @ 16.6g/t Au and 8.4% Sb and 80,000t @ 14.2g/t Au and 5% Sb. As at
December 2004, work was focussed on advancing the project towards a start to
plant contruction and mine development. Metallurgical studies were completed and
a process route aimed at generating the optimal method for treating the
gold/antimony ore, taking into account the smelter payment terms offered, has
been finalised. The revised construction capital cost will be completed in Q1
2005.
