It is important too that we keep encouraging USNavy and NATO powers Navies to sortie thru and around our waters and marine trade routes into Asia.
We should keep offering port facilities as part of above.
We need to understand our "economic marine zone" at a level that no hostile sub can sticks its nose in without us knowing.
