aum business expanding

According to the announcement ..

Looks like VPG will now be managing all the property assets that it put into the DUKE deal plus the properties that the Bank of Scotland brought into the deal.

Also the Bank of Scotland has other property interests that VPG would be well placed to manage.

I think the AUM business for Europe (the goodwill)was last valued at over $200 mill, at Dec 31st 2008.

so just this Europe business represents about 15 cent value - if you separate it.
