It is impossible for someone else to takeover AUN as a controlling interest has already been bought. We are dealing with the remaining 20% or so.

Also bear in mind that even if very few shareholders accept the offer, if not many shareholders participate in the subsequent rights issue (underwritten by the bidders) then they may get 90% anyway. many variables to consider...............read the bidders statement!!

I hold them and loving it at the moment but also making myself aware of all the possibilities.
