    I was wondering if the ACCC were to reject Foxtel's takeover, whether Aun was likely to be taken private by Liberty (major in conjunction with some private equity players)? Would simplify things for all parties, lower Aun's profile and make the company a lot more saleable?

    Any thoughts?
