Chairman, still director, apparently taking them to court is a doozy, after his entire holding was sold down over 10 months "without his knowledge"

you couldn't believe it useless it was announced.
the same crew that fleeced them of the most horrendous % loan I have even seen in my ASX history, and slapped a $200k fee on it for organizing to boot!
The final amount was never raised AND the conversion was reduced from agreed .007c to .003c resulting in even more SOI.
