I doubt this person is a lawyer because continuous disclosure is a legal requirement therefore not doing it is actually illegal and directors are liable - http://www5.austlii.edu.au/au/legis/cth/consol_act/ca2001172/s674.html Revenue is irrelevant if you are making a loss / unit as it will just accelerate one's losses - what it does, it allows the Co. some flexibility so they can spread the fixed overhead costs over more units therefore cost reduction doesn't have to be that harsh. They've had many years to figure this out

As for the report it clearly says revenue, you can twist it anyway you want but the report says revenue and I'm talking about revenue. All these people coming out of the woodwork trying to make themselves feel good about their decision to not hold.
