It's possible for this stock to get to $1.40 (and even higher) as that would only represent a p/e of about 6-7 times depending upon your earnings forecast.

I would say though that I have no idea how long it would take to reach that figure - this has been a stock largely ignored by the broking houses, which is one of the reasons I love it.
