    Thanks Dr James

I am more of a FA person, but use TA for resistance and support level info in association with turnover.

The FA here includes the holding of JP Morgan UK/USA which used to be a substantial holder. The various parts of JPM that made up the sub'l holding then started selling. While it was a sub'l holder we could follow the downward trend of the holding. It seemed to correlate with a lowering of the SP.

I am pretty sure that it continued to sell after going below 5%. It may be way down or even out. The is a difference in modus operandi though if it is still selling. Beforehand the anecdotal data was that it was prepared to sell down to 1.2c, but now 1.5 seems to be the bottom price. This is pure speculation on my part though. What I can confidently say though that JPM's selling over a period of many months KO'd the SP/MC and also sapped all confidence in the stock from a buying pov.

David Bailey of Perth, a top 20 holder for some years, became a sub'l holder on 26/11/19. Therefore, he has been a relatively recent buyer, perhaps soaking up some of JPM's shares. Whether or not his accumulation has anything to do with the Board spill or is based on FA known to him is not known by the market. We wait and see!! Regardless, I see his accumulation as being very positive for the company.

The resistance at 1.5/1.6 should disappear quickly with any good news.
