From the presentation the slide that got my attention was on page 6.
I have done some facts and figures, if you like to criticise or post your opinion please do, especially if I have made mistakes but following are my
Calculations based on information from the presentation..
Annual production for 1st year projected is 1 Million lb
1,000,000 lbs x current price of $40/lb = $40,000,000
less production costs at $25.60/lb
1,000.000 x $25.60/lb =$25,600,000
leaves a profit of =$14,400,000
now we had a high price of $52/lb this year
Uranium is on the rise and demand...can we reach a spot price of $65/lb I believe we can
1,000,000 lbs x current price of $40/lb = $65,000,000
less production costs at $25.60/lb
1,000.000 x $25.60/lb =$25,600,000
leaves a profit of =$39,400,000
We are currently sitting at a market cap $95M what is our share priced valued at with these sort of profits???
NOW!!! also according to the presentation we have the.....
ABILITY TO INCREASE PRODUCTION RATE WITHOUT SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASING CAPITAL COST .......scroll down....
Once the productions starts and cash flow is there the company for an approximate spend of US$60M we can increase our production 3 fold to 3 Mlb
so here are the sums for this...

3,000.000 x $28.00/lb =$84,000,000
leaves a profit of =$36,000,000
Annual production for 1st year projected is 3 Million lb
3,000,000 lbs x current price of $65/lb = $195,000,000
less production costs at $25.60/lb
3,000.000 x $28.00/lb =$84,000,000
leaves a profit of =$111,000,000
That is $111,000,000 possible profit.....what is out share price and Market Cap worth???
