Fri, 21st Aug 2020 13:36(Alliance News) - Aura Energy Ltd on Friday said it has executed AUD100,000 of short-term loan financing with Lind Global Macro Fund.The AUD100,000 funding, worth around GBP55,000, is to be used for general corporate purposes. The repayment date on the loan is December 31, and it carries no interest rate.
Australia-based minerals company Aura, which has projects in Sweden and Mauritania, said the loan has an AUD6,000 facility fee and legal fees of AUD5,000 to be paid on repayment.Shares in Aura were down 6.7% at 0.35 pence in London on Friday afternoon.
