Aura Energy Ltd - Australian minerals company - Signs a convertible note agreement with L1 Capital Global Opportunities Master Fund for AUD250,000, about GBP137,402, which will be used for general corporate purposes.
Interest rate stands at 1.5% per month payable in cash. The agreement will mature in six months but can be extended to up to 12 months. The company said it will prepare a notice of meeting for shareholders to approve the convertible note facility as well as securities to be issued under the convertible note facility with the meeting to be held no later than November 18.
