They don't have high grade uranium and that is not relevant. It doesn't matter which metal they start mining first. If uranium is included in their mining permit application, which must be sent in in 2024, it will get vetoed by the municipality and rejected.
So, like I said, it doesn't matter if uranium mining ban is lifted, the veto will still be in place and will block any uranium mining.
Until that veto is gone, they can't mine uranium even if it is technically legal to mine.
So back to my question, what are they waiting for, the U ban is not relevant. They either have inside info and know the veto will be challenged by next spring, or there is some other angle.
