The share price hasn't been able to move ahead for the last couple of weeks because there has been a large seller. The seller appears to have been in the top 20. That seller could have finished, smashing out the sales and closing their sale position taking out the buying upport down to 28.5 today, only to have the share price regain back to 30 on the close.
There are no conspiracies.
If this seller has gone as I would expect the share price could move up quickly to close the lost ground to its' peers.
