I think all the above plus the fact they're now looking to expand the resource which will inevitably delay everything like FEED, Offtake, FID, etc. All of which were slated for end of 2023.
The fact they're revisiting their resource suggests to me that they simply need more for the project to be more robust and appealing to financiers and customers.
Having said that, the extra drilling isn't expected to take long given how shallow the mineralization is and should be completed next month with the updated MRE to follow in March. One would hope that a positive outcome from this would put Tiris and therefore AEE on the map.
They need to do more roadshows and hit the brokers up for research. They're simply not on anyone's radar right now...
