I'm no engineer but I would have thought the FEED would encompass, or have the option of, expanding the production numbers with further elements in the future in that it wouldn't just be set on one set of inputs/numbers
Though a small resource it also has small CAPEX which produces decent numbers in the end. There have been plenty of companies with small resources who get to production, make money, and then grow from there
However, I wouldn't be surprised if today's markets have made financiers more skittish where they do need to see more before handing over the dosh. Out of all the commodities in the world U is very sensitive to many factors ... it has been in the doldrums for a decade
Anyway, I'll give it a break and wait for the quarterly
