Flash - I've been working and reworking the DILUTION numbers (not because of old mate...) and must admit it's doing my head in.... (OK I'm old, retired and have a short attention span...) as I keep coming up with a 35% onwership share price that is higher than the $1.60 prior to the TAH offer. Sorry for dribbling on - my Q1 is: Does the market see the 'new' company as having a $5b value or a $5b less a $1b in debt = $4b? Q2: Has anyone posted a matrix style formula that lets you key in a current share price and 'see' where this deal actually (maybe) ends up, for current holders, based on the share price? (Again short attention span and can't get through the 100 extra posts by old mate...) TIA.
