What I feel people are struggling to grasp is that the dilution also has an asset attached to it. Therefore acquiring tabcorps media and wagering arm for the proposed amount should also represent on the balance sheet for the market value paid for it which may include IP, IT and software related assets.
Its ridiculous to see how people can misunderstand the whole scenario. I am holding this for sure. It now makes up 25% of my holdings. Im sure the same b******t posters talked down TAH, PBH and the like.
