Aurelia Cap Raising

I note that AMI are raising $10 million for "exploration, working capital and potential growth transactions". Could they be intending to test the water for a PEX takeover? During cyclical downturns like now savvy management are out looking for bargains which fit well with their organizations. The Hera project is nearby to PEX interests at Malley Bull and CSB. I wouldn't be surprised if they were thinking they might get 50 percent for $8 million which would see the share price at 12 cents. The top twenty shareholders hold about 54 percent according to the last Annual Report.. All speculation but it would generate some interest and put a rocket under the share price.
